Beginners Meditation Course

Sapna's sister Madhu, who has been teaching yoga and meditation in New York for many years, is in Delhi shortly and would be conducting a meditation course from Jan 19 to Jan 22, 2007. She draws from the Yoga Sutras, various Upnishads, the Himalayan Masters and Modern Physics to convey tangible tools of meditation. The sessions would be interactive.

Friday, Jan 19 - 7.00 pm to8.30 pm
Saturday, Jan 20 - 7.00 pm to8.30 pm
Sunday, Jan 21 - 7.00 pm to8.30 pm
Monday, Jan 22 - 7.00 pm to8.00 pm
